South African born Urzila Carlson moved to New Zealand in 2006 and saw the lighter side of life and in 2008 started doing comedy.

In her 5 years in comedy she has racked up an impressive array of awards for her stand up including 'Best Newcomer' 2008, ‘Best Female Comedian’ at the 2010, 2011 and 2012 NZ Comedy Guild Awards.
